Judgement at soc.history.war.world-war-ii

In December of 1995, a friend of this site made a post to the USENET newsgroup, soc.history.war.world-war-ii. The post announced that the work, Not Guilty at Nuremberg : The German Defense Case by Carlos Porter was now available on the web. The post was originally approved by the moderator and posted to the newsgroup. On December 15th, the moderator buckled to pressure and the post was removed. Following is the post from the USENET moderator. RW

It has been called to my attention that a recent post I approved entitled "Judgement at Nuremburg" advertised a website devoted to Holocaust revisionism. I did not check the site prior to posting the article [we never do], but someone has since alerted me to the contents of this page. Since we do not post articles which have anything to do with this sort of ahistorical warped thinking, I have issued a cancel on the posting. Some sites may still see the article, but it will disappear from the newsstream in a day or so.

Thanks for your help and understanding.
